Laverne & Shirley - Laverne's Screenworn Jacket with the Letter "L"

Laverne & Shirley - Original Screenworn Jacket worn by Penny Marshall in the TV Series starring Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams. Also included Laverne and Shirley LP Vinyl Record and Ticket to Laverne and Shirley Stage Show.

The Jacket has Laverne's signature "L" on the Left Collar Flap.  Her trademark is the script letter "L" monogrammed on her shirts and sweaters, an idea Marshall got from seeing a vintage sweater in the wardrobe department with an initial sewn in the upper left corner, and decided that it was something that would help the audience remember that she was Laverne.

In excellent condition, it has original lipstick marks on the collar as shown.  it was purchased from Starworld Celebrity Collectibles and comes with a C.O.A.

The record cover is in good condition with some wear, the record itself is excellent with no scratches.

The Ticket is a complimentary ticket issued by Paramount Television Studios in conjuction with the ABC for a show starring Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams and is in excellent condition.

Laverne & Shirley ran for 8 seasons from 1976 to 1983 and was a spin off from the popular "Happy Days".  Best friends, roommates and polar opposites Laverne DeFazio (Penny Marshall) and Shirley Feeney (Cindy Williams) work together at the Shotz Brewery in Milwaukee and keep each other's spirits up at home.
