2. Prices for all items are provided in AUD. Customers are responsible for all of the import duties and taxes charged by their local government. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their own import costs. All packages will be shipped with the full value of the goods declared.

All photographs and screen shots from individual movies that appear throughout our site are copyrighted by their respective owners and are solely for reference purposes and not as a representation or warranty of the item depicted within the image. Most costumes and props are produced in multiple for specific filming requirements.
5. While Movie Arcade uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the site, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Movie Arcade assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site.
6. All Wardrobe and Prop items are sold as collectable items for display purposes only and are not deemed or implied to be fit to be used for any other purposes. Movie Arcade cannot be held responsible for any damage to persons or property from misuse of any item.
7. Your use (including browsing) of the site is at your own risk. Neither Movie Arcade nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site. 8. Items listed with a COA are the original COA's provided to us at the time of our purchase. Most items were purchased direct from the Prop Houses unless otherwise stated.
9. Any goods that are received damaged or faulty must be reported within 3 working days after you receive the goods.
